Department for Exchange Students

The Department for Exchange Students looks after and supports exchange students. They are introduced to Austrian culture and society and integrated into it. From picking them up on arrival to supporting them throughout the semester, the department and ESN Graz jointly offer a varied and diverse program.

Our main tasks:

• Exchange students
• International contacts
• Personal advice and individual support for questions and problems in our office hours and in cooperation with the International Office - Welcome Center
• Wide range of events (sporting, cultural, social events, excursions or parties) throughout the semester
• Coordination and support of the ESN Buddy Program (bringing together local students with exchange students)
• Pick-up service (pick-up from the train station or airport)
• ESNcard with many benefits
• Information (in addition to our newsletter also about Graz in general)
