Here are some activities for which you can receive a "Toleranzsemester". This list is not exhaustive; in special cases, please feel free to contact us at vorsitz@htugraz.at.

4/4	Head of department, chair of HV
3/4	vice chair of HV, vice head of WiRef, chair of a student representatives unit (StV)
2/4	official team members (StV or department), elected representative of a StV or HV
1/4	First-year student tutors, committee work (StuKo, BeKo, Habil, CuKo, Senat, …), chair or spokesperson of a student housing representative body

Requirements

The position must be held for at least one full semester in order to be eligible for submission. Confirmation can only be provided after the end of the semester in which the work was performed.

For first-semester tutoring positions, confirmation from the Student Representatives Unit is required (must be submitted with the application).

Calculation Examples

1 semester of tutoring (0,25) => 0,25 total => not eligible
2 semester of tutoring (2x 0,25) => 0,5 total => eligible for 1 semester
1 semester official team member (0,5) => 0,5 total => eligible for 1 semester
- one semester later: 2 semester official team member (2x 0,5) => 1,0 - 1,0 = 0,0 => not eligible, since last semester was rounded up
- another semester later: 3 semester official team member (3x 0,5) => 1,5 - 1,0 = 0,5 => eligible for second semester

Submission

Applications can be submitted in person at the office during business hours, or using the form below. Applications submitted by email will no longer be accepted!

If an SB9 form is required for multiple applications, a separate form must be submitted for each application.

Processing usually takes about two weeks; once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
All elected positions (StV/UV representatives) must be confirmed by the Election Commission; however, applications can still be submitted to the HTU.
