Confirmation for submission to the tax office in your place of residence / Extension of family allowance (Familienbeihilfe)

In order to submit a request for extra semesters for “Familienbeihilfe” (family allowance) to your local tax office, the following form must be certified by HTU.

In the field “Kennzahl”, enter the number of your degree, which can be found here: https://online.tugraz.at/tug_online/studienplaene.studienrichtungen?corg_nr
The fields “Eingangsvermerk des Finanzamtes” and “Ablagenummer” must be left blank.
