Christmas Party/Team-Building Dinner

Each Student Representatives Unit and department may organize one Christmas party and one motivational dinner, respectively, per academic year.

For the Christmas party, you may spend a maximum of 25 euros per person (including alcohol). 
For the motivational dinner, you are entitled to a maximum of 20 euros per person (including alcohol). 

If the bill exceeds the budget, the remaining amount must be paid privately and will not be reimbursed!
To facilitate verification, a list of participants must be provided (please also attach the DSGVO-form).

The Christmas party and motivational dinner may also take place at the same time.

Please always notify the department for financial affairs in advance!
