• Responsibility for the process engineering implementation of projects from concept, basic, and detailed engineering to the start-up and optimization phases

• Creation of block flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, descriptions, production plans, and mass balances

• Participation in HAZOP studies and development of solution concepts in the field of chemical production processes

• Performing technical calculations and simulations using relevant software

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary and multinational teams

• Monitoring and documenting project progress and preparing reports

Job Description:

Team member in the project planning of innovative and sustainable system solutions:

- for heat generation and combined electricity, heat, and cooling production

- for industrial waste heat recovery systems

- for energy supply solutions for industry

- for district heating networks, and for pellet production and biomass pyrolysis systems.

The focus is on biogenic raw materials, but also on hybrid solutions based on sustainable energy (e.g., biomass/solar, biomass/heat pump) and waste heat.

Administrative and departmental management in the project phases:

- Current status analysis: preliminary planning, approval, detailed planning, construction monitoring, quality assurance, commissioning, performance tests, and acceptance testing

- Monitoring and evaluation of systems as a basis for their optimization

- Development and demonstration (market launch) of new technologies. The projects are carried out nationally and internationally, with the focus countries being Austria, Italy, and Germany.
